A refund will be given if written notification of cancellation is received fourteen (14) days prior to reservation date. All rental's to be paid in full prior to occupancy. NO REFUNDS! No personal checks accepted or cashed at desk. Only registered guests allowed in rooms or pool area.

Coral Sands Cancellation Policy
A reservation constitutes at two-way contract between the Coral Sands Motel and you. It assures you that your accommodations will be kept available for all the dates indicated and it assures us that turn away all other potential guests for the dates indicated.
Departure or cancellation of reservations before the agreed date would result in lost revenue to us with little opportunity to recover the loss. For this reason, the customer is responsible for the entire balance of reservation amount upon arrival. Your entire deposit will be for fitted if your reservation is canceled.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD, that the Coral Sands Motel cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal sickness or injury, etc... Credit card numbers given for reservation deposits will be treated the same as cash.

Directions from New York and North:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to the Garden State Parkway south to exit-82 (Seaside Heights, Route-37 East) Stay on Route-37 for approximately ten miles. After crossing bridge, follow Seaside Heights signs around circle to Sumner Avenue (one-way street toward beach- East) and go to the second traffic light (Columbus Blvd.). Make left on to Boulevard - stay on Blvd. until you see the Police Station on your left and a Seven-Eleven store on your right. The Coral Sands Motel is on the right side.
